The Nordic Championships Adult Female Solo Standard invites elite female solo dancers aged 18 and over to compete in one of the most elegant and technically demanding disciplines in DanceSport. This prestigious championship brings together top solo athletes from across the Nordic countries to showcase excellence, musicality and refined movement on an international stage.
Competitors will perform the full five Standard dances - Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot and Quickstep - requiring exceptional balance, posture, control and expressive quality. The event is conducted in accordance with WDSF rules and judging standards, ensuring a high-level, internationally recognised competition environment.
Hosted as part of the Norway International Dance Championships, the Nordic Championships Adult Female Solo Standard highlights the growing strength of solo dance within the Nordic region.
